north texas man greets troops

Via Right of Texas, we find this video clip of a North Texas man, Bert Brady, who greets American soldiers as they come home through DFW International Airport. The soldiers deserve this after the harrowing ordeal they endured in their honorable service.

We disagree with the war, but the failed policy is not the fault of the soldiers. They deserve a warm welcome home.

I'm very proud of our soldiers. My family joins others to greet the National Guard when they return home to our small town. This a wonderful thing this man and others are doing. Play them Taylor Hicks' "Do I Make You Proud" when they get off the plane. They make us all proud.

Thanks so much for posting this video. I was in Ft. Smith Arkansas a couple of weeks ago and was inspired by Mr. Brady and others who were going out to DFW. I have called the R&R line, but did not get the detailed information that is on the link you gave. Thanks again, and hope to see some of you out at DFW.
