CNN reports that Sen. Hillary Clinton is going to win big in today's Democratic primary in Puerto Rico.
The territory does not vote in the general election, but the Republican and Democratic parties allow it to participate in primary elections.
Clinton's campaign is hoping for a large turnout, because her win today combined with votes from Tuesday's primaries in Montana and South Dakota, could possibly put her ahead of Sen. Barack Obama in the popular vote by the time every state has voted.
